• 91 participants showed up (105 tickets were given out) yielding 86.67% attendance rate. Much higher than normal for free events.
• 23 teams were formed, 22 teams presented.

• Fun projects and pitching
• A lot of good improvisations

Bad

• Lots of work depends on Thai, no visibility on overall vision
• Rushed organization caused exhaustion
• Hard for people with no team to blend in to existing teams
• Unclear schedule

Try

• Better specify roles and better planning
• Make event more friendly for solo developers, e.g., by randomizing teams?
• Make the event distributed (a la local hack day)
